I’ve been a resident at Windsor Bethesda for three years and have cherished every single moment here. The community and staff ... are unparalleled in their dedication and friendliness. Specifically, Star, the leasing manager, has been a fantastic friend and professional guide during my time here. About a month ago, Star went above and beyond by scouting out a new apartment for me on the 10th floor, complete with a balcony, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s not just Star who makes living here a pleasure; the entire team, including Natalia, Trevor, Lou, and Deana, are exceptional. Each of them contributes to making Windsor Bethesda more than just a place to live; they make it a vibrant, welcoming community. I have lived in Windsor Bethesda for almost two months now and I’ve had the absolute best experience. The apartment is stunning, ... everything is so modern and updated. The lobby and elevators always smell delicious and the cleanliness is top notch! I haven’t even seen so much as an ant in my apartment nor insects/rodents in the parking garages, rooftop or other outside areas. The location is also worth bragging about, I love that nearly everything thing (including the metro) is within walking distance. Furthermore, the entire Windsor Bethesda team and staff deserves kudos. I haven’t had a single bad encounter or experience from anyone. Star was a monumental help during the leasing process, she was always readily available to answer my hundreds of questions and even after I moved in she’s constantly checked on me to make sure everything was going smoothly. On my moving day, Natalia gave me recommendations for public parking for my guests, restaurant recommendations and gave me a branded coffee mug as my warm welcome to the community! Trevor and Lucho provide the best concierge services. They are super friendly and easy to talk to and are always willing to help out with packages. Finally, the maintenance team is super quick to respond to and fix any issues which is such an improvement from my previous apartments in other communities.
